ADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution, but he prefers to call it Appropriate Dispute Resolution. "Appropriate" depending on the level at which the conflict or problem occurs.
After attending the scientific high school, he has graduated in both law and canon law (University of Fribourg). Qualified as a trained Counselor and specialized in Emergency Psychology, Higher School of Education in Psychotherapy of Cremona.
